This website and service absolutely seems like a scam. I will never use it again. The total cost I had to pay did not match the product I received(ticket costs on flight website) I have been bombarded with phone calls of people telling me what to do. I am still not convinced this isn’t a scam. I was overcharged and my flight was changed from the original flight. I have traveled for 30 years and never experienced something like this. I will NEVER NEVER use this site again. They still owe me $194 for a charge that was clearly a made up fee that I was forced to pay.
