The authority has some severe problems. I purchased a CS:GO Prime account [Seller: Kanekixzxc] and after 3 days of purchase the seller reclaimed the account and I lost access to the account. I informed the support center immediately and guess what I got a reply 1.5 days later. Their reply was the seller had withdrawn the payment so they could not do anything about it. I mean I was only 3 days!! I asked for a refund and got a reply that when the seller has the amount in his account then they will refund me!! What nonsense!! Now the seller has gone offline. It means I will never get a refund. I would say the authority is helping sellers in scamming. They have the seller’s phone and details but they can not do anything. Ridiculous!!Wait interesting thing is – It seems the seller has listed the CS:GO Prime account on sale again which was sold to me and reclaimed!!
