Update: They canceled my order and proceeded the refund, so I’m changing my reviewI bought an IQ test, which comes with a seven day free trial, I went to customer service to cancel the free trial, but I still haven’t gotten a response.I bought the IQ test to get my results, which then after I sent a message to support/customer service to cancel the seven day free trial. But I still have gotten no reply after over 24 hours.I was also charged $14.90 for 7-days free trial even tho I requested to cancel the subscription. I need to get my refund back.Please do not use this website. SCAM
