yes its a legit site before now its starting to scam peoples . it scamming so badly that even if u get a good skins they wont give it and would request u others guns which cost less than the actual gun u have . even if u want to select other skins the skins which is smilar in price to the skin which we gets wont be available in that slection time . which forces us to either sell it and gamble again which will surely go for a waste or upgrade which have a 50/50 chance . neither they responed to this in there support or make change to it .
