Well yup looks like I have been stung as well placed a order for 1 pillow get some guy phoning me up saying they are just about to ship my pillows I said pillows I only ordered 1 not 4 pillows can you please refund my money for 3 and only send the 1 pillow he go’s on to say he can’t do that I have to email info@derila I do that and the email comes back saying can’t find address so I go on the hunt to find customer service send them an email and wake this morning to an email we are sending you a pack of complimentary hand soap sheets I don’t want f#%king free hand soap sheets I want the money back for the 3 pillows I didn’t order what a scam disappointing to say the least
