I wish there was an option of rating with no stars at all because one star is too much to rate for this company. I can’t believe I’m being part of a scam. I tried to sell something online from Shpock app and they sent me a link after I put all my card details. I accepted because I thought they was the money that the buyer sent to me but it turned out to be this company. They tried to take my money twice. One time 100€ and the next time 90€ or £78 which they succeeded. I was asking for help from an advisor and he told me I will receive my money back in two hours as it was their inconvenience but now he is not responding my messages anymore. And another big concern is that when I want to make a request for refund here at this company, I can’t because I never ordered from here and I don’t have an order number to put and submit a request. So everything was perfectly manipulated. I wish you can see this message and do something. I have proofs from my bank account and screenshots as well.
