This company appears to be a complete scam. My husband went to book a hotel room with a Hampton Inn and believed to be on their website. Next thing he knew he was at a checkout on the site to which he thought was Hampton Inn and had him checkout. Next thing he knew he got an email stating that he was charged $200 OVER the amount of the reservation and then stated there was NO refunds!!! That was never stated in the booking procedure. When he called minutes after booking, the customer service was anything but helpful and told him no refunds and that it was disclosed when booking. My husband NEVER saw that when booking and was led to believe he was on the Hampton site. When I called 2 MORE times asking to speak to a higher up about this situation they said nope, no refunds for any matter.. Who runs a business like this? We are so very disappointed and are hoping for a full refund in this matter as we are not able to stay the nights we booked due to very unforeseen circumstances.
