Yesterday someone fraudulently obtained my account details and sent money to 1xBet. There was no live support to stop the transaction. I watched helplessly as I lost all my money. I contacted them and they told me to contact 1xBet directly. A simple correspondence from you to IxBet would have made it easier for me to get back my funds. But you chose to ignore it. That’s pathetic customer support!!!
