If I could give zero stars I would. I had a flexible flight booking and decided to change my return flight date (which the company should cover). The agent calculated the costs and price was agreed upon. Then 8 hours later an agent calls me and said that I underpaid and tried to extort more money out of me. I told him if the costs were calculated incorrectly it was not my fault the money specified was transferred. The money I already paid initially paid for the tickets and the new amount was already more than a new ticket to be purchased directly for the airline meaning they are just taking you for a ride and it’s a SCAM company don’t book with them or bother to pay for flexible tickets
