    we checked in 4 days before, they didn’t pass on any of our details to Ryanair, the customer service number didn’t work and they automated-message told us to call ryan air when check-in failed 12 hours before the flight BECAUSE IT COULDN’T FIND OUR BOOKING. i had to call ryan air direct at 2am before having to leave to stansted at 4am – luckily the Ryanair guy from Ryanair call centre was lovely and told us to use the virtual email address which was auto-generated between the companies *which was not mentioned anywhere in our documentation OR help files*.Horrible, will NEVER use eDreams again. STAY AWAYEdit: They sent us the virtual email address we needed to manage the booking on the 14th as a follow up to this review – we flew on the 12th – thanks so much eDreams for the ABSOLUTELY USELESS gesture, i recommend you change your name to eNightmares or maybe just eHorrendous as I’m still too mad for a pun. WHO IS RUNNING THIS SCAMMING ORGANISATION ANYWAY?! DO NOT USE, PEOPLE!
