I thought I was booking directly through the Hilton because of their deceptive website. Then I selected the wrong type of room (king instead of two doubles) realized my mistake less than a minute later and they refused to allow me to cancel and rebook or alter the reservation. There is a zero cancellation policy. It’s outrageous. Price was basically the same as booking through the hotel. HORRIBLE company and experience. They also seem to be going by the name Guestreservations and hotelvalues.com. It really is a huge scam – there is a class action against them already.
