Beware this program! The money back guarantee is only applicable if you have been on the plan for 14 days and haven’t seen results. I ordered this plan and didn’t find out until it was too late that there was no option for eliminating a meal and snack. Since I use intermittent fasting trying to get 3 meals and a snack in a short eating window of 6 hours is impossible. This meant that I had to leave the snack and unused meal in the macros and calorie calculations making the program worthless to me. All of this is undisclosed before they have your $$.
