Horrible experience! We booked yesterday a room for the same day. We arrived at the hotel and they say our reservation doesn’t appear. We tried to call to getaroom and obviously there was no answer. They charged my boyfriend USD90 and we couldn’t even stay at the hotel. You made us look for a new hotel late in the night without any response from you! We demand our refund. This a scam!
