Unfortunately I, like many others here, didn’t check the reviews before purchasing. Luckily I only ordered 2 items and one of them I like and want to keep. The other is very badly fitted so I tried to instigate a return. What an utter waste of time this is turning out to be. The item I want to return is £29.99. I was offered £10 refund and £5 credit voucher – like I’d ever buy anything from them again!! I get the same responses as everyone else though, no UK return address, they also said fees to ship internationally means it wouldn’t be worth returning so instead they offered £20 refund. To date it has not been received. Absolute scammers.
