Item purchased 07-Aug-2022, no updates provided unless I send a mail. They cannot provide any form of parcel tracking like all other eCommerce stores do. One excuse after another for the “delays”. Supposed “ticket” numbers are non-existent. I called there office number several times, endless holding listening to music, no human to talk to. I only wish that I had read the reviews before making a purchase. Must be Scammers.
