G2A is engaged if fraudulent business practices. They support the selling of Steam accounts in their marketplace which is a clear violation of Steam’s TOS. When opening a support case regarding being scammed by this practice their response is you should have read the description more closely…. WRONG. G2A should prevent this practice from occurring in their marketplace. If you pay for G2A PLUS thinking this will help you in any way regarding support think again. This means nothing and G2A is out to protect the sellers in their marketplace and not the buyer. In addition to encouraging fraud in their marketplace, they are actively removing negative reviews for these fraudulent sellers. I mistakenly purchased one of these steam accounts and immediately reviewed the seller to warn others. I noticed many others were complaining about the same thing. 2 Days later when I returned to the seller’s review page I noticed all prior reviews complaining of the same thing had been purged including mine. This is yet another shady practice. Buyers beware…. Avoid G2A. I did successfully dispute this business charge with my credit card provider after which G2A terminated my account in retaliation. However, I have no real complaints here as I would never do business with them again.
