When you request a refund they offer to send you a fraction of your total cost or gift card…..they refuses to give you a full refund. The items don’t look like what you order, poor quality and then they refused to give you a full refund which is a fraud. They are fraud!!!!! I have had seven communications with customer service, sent them pictures and barcodes of the items as they requested and have still to receive the shipping address. I am totally disappointed and would never recommend shipping from a company like Loragal. This is my first step…..I NEED MY MONEY!!!!
