Made a reservation for 3 nights at a hotel, they immediately took out the money from my account. Got to the hotel, only to find out that they gave the hotel a credit card that was getting declined. After an hour going back and forth with the company, my husband got the bank to refund the charge due to fraud. The entire time we were on the phone they refused to give them a new card to charge, and was trying to intimidate me into not canceling with them. Thankfully the bank was able to cancel their charge. This company is a fraud. Do not use.
