I´m really angry. The Customer Service is not helpfull and don´t answer on my Questions. Today i´ve Refill my Value 100 EUR on this site, but i dident received any. No money, no order agreement, nothing. Hey it´s absolutly fine when any stuff need more time to deliver, but no details about my Order Status is realy bad. So, in this case i´ve opened a ticket to ask whats happened there with an added Bank transaktion. The Customer Service say to me in this first answer the autmatical answer.”Wait 24h hours, when you dident recieved the Value please wait 14 days more”.After that say the Customer Service, if you want more details please contact your Bank. My Bank can agree me, i´ve pay the Money to Hellcase. And my money was sent to Hellcase. Normally i dont say it easly but i feal like scamed.What can the Customer Service do better? – Talk about more Details – Help the Customer and explain why some things need more Time.- listen the Customer
