Please be advised that if there is any remote possiblity that your travel may change, even by one day, do not purchase from this Company. We purchased tickets to the Acropolis. We were asked which day we wanted to go, so we stated August 1st. Our travel plans changed (the cruise company changed port dates) and we were scheduled to be in Athens on July 31st. When we called Headout to ask them to change our ticket date to July 31st they told us we could not. But they did tell us we could use the tickets from August 1st up until October 31st. (which was of no use to us). Big scam this company. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEMUpdate: Headout contacted me (May 12) and advised that I had not been given correct information when I inquired about using the ticket a day prior to the originally planned date of visit. They confirmed with me that our tickets are valid from the time we purchased them through October 31st. And they confirmed that we will have no problem using them on July 31st. While I appreciate the follow up and resolution from Headout, they definitely need to coach their staff in the policies of ticket purchases, and how to appropriately resolve customer concerns/issues in an efficient and common sense manner.
