I was assigned a case worker name Ziva Bilson and she was extremely helpful from the moment she was assigned to my case. I got an initial call introducing herself, hearing an irate me complaining about the scam I endured. She was encouraging, kept professional without promising unachievable things. Throughout the process she kept me informed about what need to be done, what information I needed to provide. She managed to incite trust in her and meant she could do her job properly.
