Just contacted this company via their online chat, they immediately directed me to their payment page. It kept declining after 3 times of trying but my bank app was telling me that the £1 payment had gone through.I tried to contact them but it automatically kept directing me to the payment page.I tried through their help page but ironically didn’t work.Contacted the bank to block any further payments to them as it’s obviously a scam
