Poor. Booked a car through this company who sub let to AutoOne (Surprice cars). Absolutely appalling service from Surprice for whom I have put a review on. They took money from our credit card once we had returned home for no reason and without authority. Look at their reviews this seem to be normal for them..ripping people off and stealing money.Contacted VIP card who asked for information including proof of withdrawal of money from our account, date and booking details etc etc which we provided. After sending all this info they then told us to contact the company itself. We had already told them that they are scammers and are therefore not responding to requests and enquiries. Avoid. !!!!
