At first, while playing Hero Wars, I would complete tasks and get free emeralds no problem. I wouldn’t even need to email customer support to ask for them and show proof. Since then, on two separate occassions, I have spent a lot of time trying to complete tasks to which they have not rewarded free emeralds to me once I completed the tasks and showed proof. The last one I completed was in the Texas Poker app and I achieved Level 10 status. I was only suppose to recieve 250ish emeralds but I was going to keep playing to reach new levels and recieve more emeralds. After they told me that they were not going to award me my free emeralds because “the advertiser of the “Play Pokerist and get rewards!” offer determined that my transaction was ineligible for reward because the app install is not attributed to Tapjoy.” How is that possible when I literally followed the link in the game, it took me to the app store where I downloaded the game and played it. What a HUGE waste of time. I will be deleting that game from my phone as it’s not worth playing any longer. Fraud!
