I feel stupid for not looking further into reviews but my desperation for looking for waterproof sofa covers for my very large sectional came in a time of panic. First off.. did they catch a load of fish in this fabric before they wrapped it up and sent it cause OH MY LORD. Second of all.. waterproof how? You can see through the fabric. Yes, water beads on top momentarily, but if you so much as look at the drop of water it soaks through. That is water-resistant, not waterproof and should not be advertised as such. The only reason I ordered these was because I needed waterPROOF covers. Third, I ordered some throw cushion covers cause they were a good price and the colors were perfect.. well the fabric is stretchy, the stitching is not. I stretched it not even 1/4 inch so as not to zip and snag the fabric of my original pillow and the stitching popped right open, leaving a 3″ hole. I gently tested the other side and it did the same thing. I am so disgusted. And now to read they will not issue refuneds/accept returns because of COVID… uh its 2023, we are not in a pandemic anymore. Sick of these companies getting away with this stupid cop-out. I am attempting to dispute the charges with my CC company, fingers crossed I get somewhere because I hate spending money on a scam.
