As someone who read the reviews on this scam of a company and thought ‘this would never happen to me’, I absolutely urge anyone wanting to make a purchase with these jokers to think again and go somewhere else. I initially thought the reviews were wrong on their customer service as once I put my email address in on their website and didn’t complete check out they text my number on WhatsApp being really nice and sending fast replies so I thought hmm their customer service can’t be too bad. Anyways, I Purchased two champions league semi finals (madrid v city) tickets and booked all flights hotels etc to Madrid. On the day of the event they stopped all communication, would not answer their calls, emails, WhatsApp. I made about 40 calls, they answered two times. Each time the woman who picks up kept reassuring me that the tickets would arrive. Time kept ticking and still no tickets. 4 hours before kick off, 3 hours, 2 hour… still no ticket. They left us hanging. Made our day in Madrid one of the most stressful days imagined. I would have much preferred if they told the truth and said they couldn’t get me tickets anymore to find alternatives. They’re total liars. Their company is a scam. The lady who picks up, you can sometimes hear her baby cry in the background. It’s not even a company. It’s a scam family business. Don’t ever ever ever purchase with these, they will take your money and will never give you your ticket. I wish nothing but the worst for their business going forward. They need to be shut down ASAP.
