DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! What an absolute SCAM!! My 2 year old Bosch dishwasher was having issues starting up… took several attempts to get the cycle to begin. I called PULS… they sent a man to my house who lied to me. He didn’t do ANYTHING… made up some story about rats eating under the machine and water leaking and the motor shot. None of that was true. He just lied, and then took my money told me to buy a new dishwasher and left. I contacted Bosch and described the error code and what my machine is doing, and it has to do with a block in the drain that just needs to be cleaned out. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!
