This is a very suspicious site. I ordered a countertop ice maker and only received a PayPal email noting receipt of payment. There is no tracking information and my attempts to reach out have returned with an invalid email address for the website as well as an “unavailable at this time” message on the telephone number. McAfee scanner shows this site as a potentially high risk for scamming and it’s country of origin displays as high risk. Still holding out hope that I am incorrect but the longer it takes to hear from them, the closer I am to stopping payment on my order.
