I purchased Dead Island 2 and everything was ok until Microsoft cancel my KeyCode (Fraudulent keycode) I told this to kinguin and they refunded me quickly on EurBalance. I decided to get the game again so I bought another code. This time, the code is already used ! I told them the issue with all proves (Already used screenshot, the game not appearing on my library, my command history on Microsoft with the game not appearing. But they don’t want to refund me. I don’t know how to do
