Sorry but this company is a scam.I don’t understand how they have good reviews. I made a trial account, paid £5, and then asked a question and paid £44 for a call back that was supposed to be within a few minutes. I never received any call backs or answer but I did get a phoney automated system ringing my number then diverting me to a voicemail service. When I rang customer complaints, their automated service goes nowhere and the call cuts off. When I used the online customer chat, they just keep regurgitating the same pre-formatted answers and nothing is resolved. I had high hopes for this service but now I have to ring my bank, cancel my payments, and report that sorry to say, my experience is THIS IS A SCAM. They also self-report that I rated them 5 stars when I have not ever rated them on their own site.
