The price freeze is a scam and doesnt affect your price at all other than them charging you an additional fee for… NOTHING. The hotel was advertised with breakfast and free wifi… I called the hotel to confirm, firstly they had my reservation… they did. Although they confirmed it didnt included breakfast, as per my booking although they got the wifi part right. They then charge you additional fees for VIP customer service with is laughable, they did refund this and then there was an additional charge for a TIP!!!!!! A ******* TIP! for a less than OK experience online… !!!!!!
