I booked and was charged $317 for the hotel in March, which ended up being $100 more than if I booked directly with the hotel.😡 When I called hotelvalues.com, I finally reached a live agent she told me I agreed to pay the charges, even though they are $100 more than just calling hotel directly. She said those extra fees go to the hotel and was like, That’s on you because you agreed. When I talked to the hotel today, he said they don’t get that tax resort fee and said hotelvalues.com make it so enticing to trick people online like they are getting a deal. Better off calling hotels directly. Hotels are real people and legit businesses that can give discounts etc where this company is all about overcharging. 😡What a scam!
