Scam! Stay away from this scam known as Robinhood. Unlike the legendary Robin Hood who robbed the rich to give to the poor, this scam will rob the rich and the poor alike to enrich themselves. Everything is a snake oil salesman gimmick with them. Their “free trades” are anything but free, as they route your orders to certain firms that give them huge kickbacks and charge you much worse execution prices. They paid $65 million to settle SEC charges of misleading customers.Robinhood preys on the gullible and capitalizes on FOMO. They are keenly focused on the latest fads in their promotions, as they try to transfer your money to their wallets. Don’t touch Robinhood with a 10-foot pole.
