If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have the EXACT SAME complaints as everyone listed here. The jumpsuit was absolute TRASH material with a rip in the seam. I contacted customer service for my return label, and not only did they ask for a picture of me in my garment and spend 2 weeks – with MULTIPLE DAYS between responses – trying to convince me to keep the item when I clearly stated over and over I just wanted to return for a full refund. They finally sent me a return address, my return arrived at their warehouse on 4/5 and it is now MAY FIRST and I still have no refund and the customer service support email has not gotten back to me in over two weeks when I’m inquiring as to where my refund is A MONTH AFTER THEYVE RECEIVED MY RETURN. Not only should you not buy from them, but I have submitted them to the BBB as they are absolutely a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
