I wish i can give 0 star, they are scamming people by selling tourist sim cards. I bought one online and mailed copy of passport and imei as they requested. Upon arrival i found the store and picked up my card. The store person said the card is activated and they have some issue so i should use after 2 hours. I left the airport and as a tourist you are not planning to visit airport just to get your sim card activated. Store assured it will going to work, After 5-6 hours nothing happened, I tried to call them and to customer service but nothing. So i paid for a sim card that they did not activate. NOW they are not refunding my money. Everyday is another day for them. They are scammers, i suggest to buy from the store directly instead of prebooking through klook. NEVER use this scam website.
