Sadly, Kickstarter has become little more than a fertile breeding ground for charlatans who can act with impunity (with Kickstarter promoting, aiding and abetting without any accountability). It is one thing to back a project that fails due to tech or other unforeseen issues (that’s the nature of investment). It’s quite another thing, and absolutely unacceptable, to be defrauded by scammers.Kickstarter needs to be held accountable and should be refunding backers’ money. Kickstarter also needs to bring in the relevant legal authorities to pursue the people behind scam projects. This is a strange platform full of scammers that nobody controls or blocks before they run away with your money.KICKSTARTER NEVER, NEVER give the money back, in the past, in the present and, having good lawyers, neither in the future (when you pledge you must check a cell near a phrase that says that you accept the risk to not receive the object you are pledging).
