I wish I could give them zero stars. I have used them twice for flights. Both times there were issues. The first time they fixed the issue although it took over an hour for something very simple. The second time I am currently dealing with and have spoken to multiple “customer support” agents who keep asking me if I confirm new flight details. When I confirm, i never hear from them again and then the next time i reach out they explain the previous customer service agent did not apply for the changes. Now it’s way too late to buy a new flight and everything is too expensive. I feel scammed and disregarded. I’ll never use them again and you shouldn’t either.
