This company is truly a scam and fraudulent. Sadly like many others I did not look at reviews ahead of time. All because I was thinking I was booking directly w hotel. After reading reviews I’m obviously it the only one who has had this problem. They didn’t even book the rooms I wanted, I was booking three of them which should of totaled 800.00. By the time I checked out when I went to hit the book button the total had increased to 1000.00. After discovering it less than two hours later I called to cancel it and they told me it was to late. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they gave me every excuse under the sun not to. Then put me on hold forever then came back and acted like they couldn’t hear me and hung up on me. I will be reporting this as fraud to my credit card co. Over seas Companies like this need to be shut down immediately. Why are they allowed to continue to operate? If I could give them negative stars I would.
