Booked directly via what looked like the holiday inn website.Was offered 194 euro rate all in.Got redirected to getaroom.com / hotelvalues.com.After booking – upon receiving the booking confirmation, the amount was 257,83 Euro (and promptly charged).This included tax recovery / service charges of 63,51 Euro never seen before (‚see details below’ is what the confirmation said, but – surprise – there weren‘t details except ‚thats what we charge‘).Hotel invoice said 171,36 Chf.That is a SCAM by getarom / hotelvalues of 40% over invoice and 33% over offer.
