Good day, after three months of trying to get anything from them I have now discovered that reliable store and payfast seem to be working together to insure that I won’t get a refund as both parties constantly have excuses and keep insisting I should provide private information regarding my bank account in order to be able to refund my money. Both parties want information that could be used for fraud ext. I have given up on the money that was stolen and would now rather warn everyone against using reliable store and payfast as they work together. Please exercise caution with these criminals.
