Puls was called to repair 7 year old Samsung washer. It was showing unbalanced load. When tech arrives he said we needed 4 new struts. Cost $373. Repair was done. Washer still ran unbalanced. Company came out several calls late. Was told we needed shock absorbers. Cost $836. Was told Puls. installed wrong parts. Was nothing I could do I was told. I see if I was told the smaller price I would repair but no one would pay $836. So they hit me with the smaller charge. Verifying they are a scam company.
