I would give them zero stars if I could. The app has a bunch nonsense info for too much money. Even after I canceled (two weeks after getting) they never warned me they would charge me again and then charged me. Even on the date I saw the charge I tried to go and cancel and let them know I thought I had already cancelled and they would only refund me 50%. This is how they make their money. It’s a complete scam. Stay away. There are better sites and better apps that actually care about the consumer for much less money and better customer service.5/3 I’ve seen several others post about this same experience. They keep saying ‘when you signed up you agreed’ but most consumer friendly companies would send a reminder email before charging the account again for the renewal. I have several subscriptions that will remind me that my renewal is coming.
