It was terrible, they’ve provided me with booking numbers that can’t be verified with airline. No airline reference number or ticket number. And there’s no no online support, only British number which is very inconvenient if you’re from any other country. I was able to figure out something about my reservation by calling to the airline which took me almost an hour in total to make to that it wasn’t a SCAM.
