Hi,I have had the same issue as everyone else with the shipping. I ordered 70$ worth of utensils and etc and have not received it yet. Customer support has provided excuses for everytime I have contacted them. First that the courier messed up and lost the order and then when i asked for a refund they said it has already been shipped, they just provided q tracking number and its stuck in initial status for almost a week and the local courier won’t even reply my emails. I am pretty sure this false advertisement is illegal since the information and promise they provide on their website is false. I will be filing a complaint and also ask my bank to mark this as a scam and they will be much stronger to follow up with with this “business”.
