I could give zero If I’d have an option. I have sent several emails to customer service as it was my first time using this service and they didn’t resolved it.have sent several emails. I am not happy with this service. My first experience using this. I have got very much disappointed 1) None of other sites hold $15 2) You give us 3 minutes free but Psychics use them to gather our details and talked about unnecessary so it’s like I have wasted those 3 minutes which means we can’t even judge if we connect or not. As they starts typing after 3 minutes with unnecessary things to waste more time. Lots of repeating words 3) Spent other couple of minutes and asked questions which eventually hasn’t been answered and she was just talk about normal things and asked me a question instead.4) When I found out that I haven’t got connected as I have asked my last question she stopped answering and put me on hold.5) This is total scam. I want my $69 back in my account. I can never be able to use that again.6) Customer service just talk about stupid policies instead of solving issues. At least for the first reading there should be one refund as mentioned but they refused to refund back7) I have choose Kasamba from Top 10 sites and there they mentioned for the first reading there will be 70% and 3 min free but I have been charged full amount. Also not happy with the reader as she took a lot of my time. Not even answered my simple question and talked about all random stuff.8) It was all time waste
