They’re a big scam !! They send out defective clothing and tell you to keep the clothing without refund and they offer a 15% discount. I will never spend my money with their business again. Very sadLook them up on BBB site. Over 30 negative reviewsUpdate: You don’t feel that damn sorry for my inconvenience, you didn’t offer to pay to shipping to send back the defective sweatpants you sent me ! Have I emailed you ? Of course I did, and you sent back a cut and paste response just like you do on these reviews. Businesses that are truly greatful for their customers business will rectify the problem ESPECIALLY when they have shipped out defective clothing. Pissy poor practices.
