Contact your credit card to dispute ASAP — they will take your information and issue you a temporary account credit while they investigate. Your credit card will charge Dr. Sound the amount that you should have been refunded and give them (Dr. Sound) up to 45 days to prove that you owe the money. More than likely, Dr. Sound will not respond because they have no footing — and the case will be closed in your favor. (Yeah, you got your money back!)2. PLEASE contact the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov and click on the button that says, “Report Fraud”.
