I made a booking ,received confirmation,when I got to hotel I was told they do not use Hotel.com so no booking.I am in Cambodia for New Year festival in April. Now make new booking another hotel go there 30min later after receiving confirmation to find out the hotel closed during covid,so again no booking.I am starting to panic because there is no hotels available,try one more time and same thing hotel does not exist ,here I am told by nearby hotel that I am the 3rd person looking for a hotel that does not exist.Now I am in credit card dispute with Hotel.com because I was billed almost a thousand dollars and have not received credit. Has Hotel.com started SCAMMING people?????
