This website is a scamIn January 2023, I rented an apartment for our holidays in New York through this website.I received booking cofirmation for the apartment located at 20 River Terrace, New York, NY 10282 (The Solaire), #10E, to reserve the period 04-22-23 through 04-30-23.I was given this phone number: (917) 717-6992, and personal email of the lessor: JamesMurphy41855[at]gmail.com.I exchanged with this person through the above internet site’s messaging tool.A week before our arrival, I contacted this person again to confirm everything was in order. I received no response. I repeatedly contacted him by phone email, as well as the support services of the above website during the week. I never received any response.We arrived to New York on 22 April with my wife and 3 children, and had to find emergency accommodation for our holidays.
