TOTAL SCAMMERSThe poor reviews here are true and consistent. They make it look like you’re booking through the hotel website. I booked a work trip, and called to change the date, after spending HOURS on the phone, I was told I needed to cancel the reservation, with NO REFUND. HOW on Earth can you call yourself a booking company when you cannot simply Modify a reservation?!Total scammers and every employee here should be ashamed to work for such a trash company.
